Unequis is small and early. There is no headcount plan, no formal process, and it would be dishonest to list roles we cannot yet fund. When that changes, openings appear here first and on @Unequisio.
What we will look for
People who have shipped financial software and remember what went wrong. Engineers comfortable where correctness matters more than velocity — a transaction with the wrong sign is not a cosmetic bug. Anyone who has lived the cross-border problem personally and is tired of it.
Specifically, when the time comes: backend work on banking integrations across Open Finance Brasil, PSD2 and North America; and product design that can make multi-currency data legible without burying it in charts.
